^{Originally built in 1896 the Bayview was joined to the house next door in 1970 to become the Bayview Hotel.  Bought in 1995 by Andrew and Irene McGregor, the Bayview has been lovingly upgraded and restored over the past 15 Years. The Bayview closes over the winter months in order to maintain the property to its highest standard. In 2006 our six top floor rooms were totally revamped to give a more modern appeal . Last year our dining room was completely refurbished .This year our beautiful four poster room has been refurbished (new photos will follow shortly)On re-opening in Feb 2010 we look forward to welcoming old friends back again and meeting new friends who have yet to discover us.}
